Atelier Standards

Booking Deposit

A 30% deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This ensures your time is reserved exclusively and our artists can prepare fully for your session.

Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations within 24 hours may result in the deposit being retained.

Late Arrivals

A 15-minute grace period is offered. Arrivals beyond this window may result in a modified service to respect all scheduled appointments.
